The application process for the Professional Program begins with an audition.
Our faculty host in-person auditions in Canada, the U.S., Australia and New Zealand. If we aren’t auditioning at a location near you, you can sign up for a virtual audition. We also accept video audition submissions.
Following receipt of your first audition results, you will receive acceptance information for Summer Intensive and two options to advance your application for the full-year program:
- You can choose to audition for full-year acceptance during the Summer Intensive. (Recommended for Canadian students)
- You can register for an early acceptance audition, which takes place before the Summer Intensive. (Recommended for American & International students.)
This allows you to select the option that best fits your schedule and goals.
Full-year audition options:
Summer Intensive
Our Summer Intensive is a 3-week program held in July or August.
At Summer Intensive, our artistic faculty assesses how a student performs in class and adapts to the professional training environment.
Students auditioning for full-year acceptance during Summer Intensive will be assessed over three weeks. Results are provided before the program ends, and students will be provided with opportunities to discuss their results with our artistic faculty.
Early Acceptance
International students often need a longer timeline to secure study permits. In these instances, we encourage students to audition for early acceptance. This is a second audition, scheduled after a successful first audition for Summer Intensive.
This second audition may be virtual, or by video, as determined by our artistic faculty. Information on how to apply for early acceptance will be provided with a student’s first audition results.
